Indian
We've been on an Indian cooking kick lately. Monday night's dinner included Punjabi Red Beans, Saffron-Cardamom Spiced Basmati Rice, Broccoli with Chili and Garlic, and Paneer Bread (store bought from our favorite Indian market).
